Annecy 2025 World Premiere:

This June 2025, the largest animation festival in the world, Annecy Festival, opened its doors to the public. Chickenhare and the Secret of the Groundhog was selected in the Feature Films Out of Competition - Annecy Presents category at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival: Our film had its international premiere at this prestigious event last June 12th! The director, Benjamin Mousquet, and the producer, Matthieu Zeller, were there to present the movie exclusively.

The entire team wholeheartedly thanks all the fans and families around the world who brought this project to life, not forgetting our dear partners, without whom none of this would have been possible. We cannot wait to share this film with audiences around the world and embark together on this thrilling adventure.

A Timeless Legend:

According to legend, a mysterious groundhog, hidden deep within a secret mountain, possesses the power to turn back time. When Chickenhare learns that this mythical artifact might be the only hope to save his kind, the fearless adventurer is ready to risk it all to find the ancient power !

But the journey will be filled with obstacles… It seems that Chickenhare and his friends aren’t the only ones searching for the groundhog’s secret....

A sequel to Chickenhare and the Hamster of Darkness (2022), this film continues the epic adventure with even more action, humor, and heart!
